Shipping/Handling/Delivery
Most orders will be shipped within one to two business days of order confirmation. Orders are generally processed within 24 hours and/or on the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 12:00pm will not be processed until Monday 8:00am. The default delivery method for all orders will be sent at our discretion by either USPS Priority or FedEX Home Delivery. Both of these shipping methods come with tracking. For express service, orders will be sent via USPS Express, which delivers overnight in most areas. Actual delivery times will vary based on the method of shipment chosen and your geographic location. Shipping Rates include handling (warehouse, inventory, packing, and other related costs to service your order). Shipping costs (in U.S. Dollars) are as follows:

Merchandise Availability
In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is not immediately available for shipment, you will be notified via e-mail within two business days. You will be charged upfront for all the items in your order, even if your order is shipped in multiple packages. We will send the remainder of your order with appropriate adjustments for the out of stock item(s). All orders are subject to acceptance by the US Club Soccer Store. We reserve the right to refuse delivery or limit quantities of any product ordered. Please note that we cannot guarantee the availability of any item until you place an order.
Package Tracking
You can track the full history of any package shipped by clicking on the carrier's tracking number. For additional information on orders, please contact us at customerservice@usclubsoccerstore.com.
Order Inquiry
You may inquire into the status of your order by contacting customerservice@usclubsoccerstore.com at any time. Order status will include shipping status (in packaging or in transit) and order detail (customer order ID, item detail, shipped date, anticipated arrival date, shipper tracking number and the number of packages).
Upon Receipt of Shipments
Please inspect all shipments for damage prior to accepting delivery. If the package has been accepted or is delivered without a signature, keep the original shipping carton and if the items appear to have been damaged during shipment please immediately follow our Return and Exchange Policy.
