Returns and Exchanges Policy and Procedures
If for any reason within 30 days of receipt of your order you are not satisfied with your purchase and you have not used or worn the product, and the product is not a custom product, and you can return the product in its original packaging, you may return your purchase for a refund or exchange.
Original invoiced shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges for product return. Product exchanges are return shipped to customers at our expense via our standard shipping option (U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail or FedEx Ground).
Before returning or requesting an exchange of any item, please request an US Club Soccer Store Return and Exchange Form by emailing customerservice@usclubsoccerstore.com. When you receive the form, you will find instructions there explaining how and where to return your product for exchange or credit. We cannot issue any refunds or authorize any exchanges without a completed US Club Soccer Store Return and Exchange Form. If you return your purchase, please keep this in mind: For all credit card refunds, please note that all credits will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 3 weeks from the day you return your package for your account to be credited. Allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
